Autism & ADHD Support

Naturopathic support for autistic children and their families, with a focus on gut health, feeding challenges, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing.

If you’re here, chances are you’ve been trying to figure things out for a while

If you’re here, chances are you’ve been trying to figure things out for a while.

Maybe your child has been labelled “picky”, “sensitive”, or “too much”.

Maybe you’ve been told to wait and see, or you’ve tried a few different things but nothing has quite clicked.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out.

As a The Neurodivergent Naturopath, supporting autism and ADHD in children and families across Brisbane and online Australia wide, I take a different approach. I look at what’s actually going on underneath, from gut health and nutrition through to nervous system regulation, sleep, and day to day capacity.

And we build from there, gently, realistically, and in a way that fits your life.

Key Areas of Support in Our Neurodivergent Wellness Plans

We view children’s health from a whole-body perspective, considering the many interconnected factors that influence development, behaviour, and overall well-being. We don’t just address symptoms—we work to identify and support the root causes that may be contributing to your child’s unique needs.

Our approach combines nutritional support, dietary guidance, immune strengthening, and maternal health insightsto create a personalised wellness plan for each child. We assess nutritional deficiencies that impact brain function, gut health, and immunity, ensuring children receive the essential vitamins and minerals needed for cognitive, emotional, and physical development. Diet plays a key role in behaviour, focus, and mood regulation, so we work closely with families to tailor nutrient-rich meal plans while identifying any food sensitivities or inflammatory triggers.

Since neurodivergent children are often more vulnerable to immune dysfunction and chronic infections, we incorporate targeted interventions to enhance immune resilience and support overall well-being. Additionally, we recognise the crucial role of maternal health and genetics in early development, evaluating maternal well-being during pregnancy and breastfeeding, genetic factors affecting detoxification and metabolism, and gut microbiome imbalances that may influence a child’s health. By addressing these foundational elements, we create individualised strategies that nurture both the body and mind, helping children thrive in their own unique way.

Training and approach you can feel confident in

When you’re looking for support, it matters who you’re working with.

I’m a certified paediatric microbiome clinician, which means I’ve completed additional training in understanding how the gut, immune system, and nervous system all connect, especially in children.

I’ve also undertaken postgraduate training in ARFID and paediatric feeding therapies, so I understand that feeding challenges are not just about “fussy eating”. They are often deeply connected to sensory processing, safety, past experiences, and nervous system regulation.

This means we’re not taking a one size fits all approach.

We’re looking at your child as a whole, their gut health, their sensory world, their capacity, and what actually feels safe and doable.
