If you’re a mum of a neurodivergent child, you’ve probably tried a hundred different strategies. Maybe you’ve read the blogs, scrolled through parenting forums at 2am, or sat in endless appointments feeling like no one truly “gets it". Here’s the thing, raising a neurodivergent child isn’t about following a cookie-cutter approach. It’s about understanding your child’s unique needs, supporting your own wellbeing, and finding practical tools that actually fit your family. That’s exactly what the Calm & Connected Coaching Program delivers.

Week by Week Curriculum

Naturopathic Intake & Family Foundations

  • 1 x 60-minute 1:1 Naturopathic initial

  • Gathering health history, diet, lifestyle, and current challenges

  • Exploring nervous system, gut health, and nutrition factors

  • Initial discussion of supplements/herbs if required (not included in program cost)

  • Family Action Plan: Clarify goals and set intentions for the 7 weeks

Week One

Stepping Into Your Child's World

  • 1 x 60-minute 1:1 session

  • Understanding your child’s neurodivergence through a strengths-based lens

  • Letting go of guilt, shame, and “shoulds”

  • Identifying your child’s sensory profile and daily stressors

  • Parent Reset: Energy work to compliment our work together and feel centred

  • Family Action Plan: Observe, reflect, and map your child’s top triggers and supports

Week Two

Nervous System

  • 1 x 60-minute 1:1 session

  • How the nervous system drives meltdowns, shutdowns, and anxiety

  • Why your regulation is the key to theirs

  • Practical tools for calming chaos

  • Energy clearing to release stress stored in the body (family session)

  • Family Action Plan: Build a daily calm-down routine for both you and your child

Week Three

Gut–Brain Connection

  • How gut health impacts mood, focus, and behaviour in neurodivergent children

  • Signs of gut imbalances and what to watch for

  • Simple gut-friendly swaps that fit into busy family life

  • Family Action Plan: Introduce nutrition upgrades

Week Four

Nutrition & Family Mealtimes

  • Nutrition foundations for calmer behaviour

  • Practical hacks for picky eaters and ARFID

  • Sensory-friendly mealtime strategies to reduce stress

  • Mum Reset: EFT tapping for mealtime stress release

  • Family Action Plan: Create your own family meal rhythm with safe and stretch foods

Week Five

Communication & Connection

  • How to talk so your child feels safe and heard

  • Tricky transitions and power struggles

Thriving Together

  • Pulling it all together into a long-term plan for your family

  • Sustainable routines that support regulation and resilience

  • How to build your village of support (allies, professionals, community)

  • Closing energy practice to anchor calm and confidence

  • Family Action Plan: Personalised roadmap

Week Seven

How this program can help your family

  • This is personalised support, not one size fits all. Everything is tailored to your child, your family, and what is actually going on for you.
     

  • It supports you as much as your child. When you feel calmer and more confident, everything at home shifts.
     

  • It helps things make sense. You will understand how the gut, brain, and nervous system connect, and how this shows up in everyday behaviours.
     

  • It brings more ease into your day. We focus on simple, realistic changes that make mealtimes, mornings, and evenings feel more manageable.
     

  • It blends holistic care with practical support. We can explore nutrition and additional supports where appropriate, in a way that feels doable.
     

  • It builds lasting change. You will leave each session with clear next steps and a plan you can keep using beyond the program.
     

  • It includes gentle energy work to help you release stress, settle your system, and feel more like yourself again.
