Where science meets heart to support your whole family This 7-week 1:1 coaching and naturopathic support program is designed for mums of neurodivergent children who are ready to move beyond overwhelm and into calm, confidence, and connection. You’ll receive weekly 1:1 sessions, a personalised family action plan, and holistic strategies that weave together the science of gut and brain health with the heart of gentle parenting, energy reset practices, and compassionate support. Each week brings clarity, tools, and encouragement so you can: - Understand your child’s unique needs and strengths - Create calmer mornings, mealtimes, and bedtimes - Support your child’s gut health, nervous system, and overall wellbeing - Learn to regulate your own stress and feel grounded again - Build routines and connections that last long after the program ends What You’ll Gain: -A clear understanding of your child’s nervous system, sensory needs, and unique strengths -Gut-brain-health insights explained simply, with practical family-friendly nutrition support -Tools for calmer mealtimes, smoother mornings, and easier evenings -Strategies for calmer communication and stronger connection -Confidence in supporting your child while also taking care of yourself -A calmer home environment where the whole family can thrive This program isn’t about fixing your child.
